Open My BSNL App and register your BSNL Mobile Number in the App. You will be required to verify your mobile number through OTP.
Search the song or tune you want to set on your mobile number.
Select the song or tune you like and click on “Set My Caller Tune” on the App Screen.
You have successfully set your Caller Tune in BSNL.
Set Caller Tune in BSNL using BSNL Tunes Website

This is another simple way to set your caller tune online. Please follow the steps given below to set your caller tune using BSNL Tunes website:
Open your browser, type in www.bsnltunes.co.in and press Enter
On the home-page of the BSNL Tunes, you will find an option to register your mobile phone number. Complete the registration process after filling up the required information.
After registration, you can choose the Caller Tune that you want to activate and click on “Set Tune” symbol to set it as your caller tune.
If you don’t want to register on BSNL Tunes, you can select the Caller Tune that you want to activate and click on “Set Tune” symbol. You will have to enter the OTP which you receive on your BSNL mobile number to activate the Caller Tune.

You have to follow the steps given below to set caller tune in BSNL by calling BSNL Caller Tune Number:
Call 56700 from your BSNL Mobile Number.
IVR will provide song categories & options available.

You can also set your caller tune in BSNL by SMS. Follow the steps below:
To activate Caller Tune Service in BSNL: Send SMS with text “BT ACT” and send it to 56700
To set BSNL Caller Tune using BT Code: Send SMS with text “BT 7878742” and send it to 56700. By the way, 7878742 is the BT Code for Bekhayali Song. You can find the BT Code for the required song or caller tune on BSNL Tunes website.
To set BSNL Caller Tune using SMS Search, you have to send the key words of the song to 56700 in the format “SEARCH ”. For example, to search caller tune for Bekhayali song, send an SMS with text “SEARCH BEKHAYALI” and send it to 56700. You will receive a reply back with the song options with those keywords. You can select the correct song and send the reply back with your choice.
Set Caller Tune in BSNL using USSD
