Step 1: You have to dial *124# or *234# from your BSNL mobile number.
Step 2: You will receive message in few minutes from BSNL informing you about your data usage and data balance details.
Check BSNL Data Balance using MyBSNL App
You can also check your net balance / data balance using MyBSNL App on your mobile phone. Please follow the steps give below:
Step1: Open the PlayStore / AppStore in your mobile phone.
Step 2: You have to search, download & install the MyBSNL App on your Mobile Phone.
Step 3: You have to open the MyBSNL App and register your Mobile Phone in the App.
Step 4: Log in to your MyBSNL App and check the Data Usage & Data Balance of your mobile number in the App.
You can check your Data Balance in the MyBSNL App at any point of time.
Check BSNL Data Balance using BSNL Customer Care
You can follow the steps mentioned below to find out your BSNL Data Balance using BSNL Customer Care:
Step 1: Dial 1800-180-1503 from your BSNL Mobile Number.
Step 2: Speak to the Customer Care Executive and ask for the data usage & data balance details.
Step 3: The Customer Care Executive will provide you the Data Usage & Data Balance Details.
